In the online shop of IKEA UK there is a huge range of over 32,000 products that can be delivered to your home – or picked up at an IKEA branch with click and collect. There are also some BILLA and BILLA Plus branches to which you can have your parcels delivered for collection.
If you want to design entire rooms, you can plan them yourself in the configurator – or use the free online expert planning service. You don’t have to do without personal service and advice online either.
Under the menu item "Offers" you will find special offers from IKEA as well as current promotions in the restaurant or, for example, free shipping. Special Family Club offers are also displayed here.
IKEA Family Club
Discounts on certain products extended return times, promotions in the IKEA restaurant, bonus credits after certain sales or purchases.
IKEA for Business
For corporate customers. Makes it possible to invite several people to the business account, provides insight into receipts and purchase history and includes a simplified return process.
Unfortunately, IKEA UK does not offer free delivery as standard. However, there are occasional free shipping promotions on individual product groups.
In general, the shipping costs are relatively confusing.

Parcels between €30 and €59.99 value of goods: €5.90
Parcels over €60 value of goods: €3.90

Oddly enough, the more you spend, the more expensive the delivery will be. There are also 3 delivery options

The prices quoted are free curbside. For standard delivery to the apartment door, an additional €10 is charged. Interestingly, express delivery costs the same as standard delivery.
IKEA does not provide general information on delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are only displayed once you have placed the products in your shopping cart and entered your zip code.
IKEA offers a 365-day right of return - sometimes even longer for Family Club members.
However, transport and service costs will not be reimbursed.
Returns to an IKEA store are always free. Returns via the DPD parcel service are only free for the first 14 days.
In the case of complaints, however, you can fill out a form online - there are no costs for legitimate complaints.
