Anyone who wants to return parcels to the wholesaler Amazon in future will have to be quick. At the end of the month, Amazon is reducing the return period for some products from 30 to 15 days.
Shortened return period from the end of April
From April 25, 2024, certain Amazon products can only be returned for 15 days instead of 30. These include articles from the product categories camera, electronics, office supplies, computers, wireless products, video games, music and video or DVD.
This excludes Amazon’s own products (e.g. the Fire series) and electronic items from the Renewed program, where used goods in mint condition can be resold to other customers. According to sources, the reduction applies to both normal customers and Prime members.
